Job Description

    PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Policy : Create HR policies for the group and ensure alignment to the Group HR policies in the group companies and divisions

    2. Talent & Leadership Development : Provide Business Heads and Functional Heads with support to create plans to develop key talent capable of meeting the businesses long term business objectives

    3. Performance Management & HRIS : Create the policy for PMS, PLI, HRIS and direct
    implementation of the Performance Management System across group companies and divisions

    4. Training & Development : Set processes to identify training needs across the organization (both current and future) and deploy training resources across group companies and divisions

    5. Budget: Prepare, monitor and control the HR budget for Trident

    6. Compliance: Responsible for the statutory compliance with all employee laws and regulations

    7. Engagement and Employer Branding : Create policies to address employee engagement gaps and build a strong Employer Brand

    8. Attrition Management: Keep a check on Attrition and implement initiatives in the group towards keeping attrition low as per Attrition analysis

    9. Grievance Resolution : Create and monitor processes that address the concerns / queries raised by employees effectively & efficiently

    10. HR Business Partners: Provide guidance and resources to HR Business Partners in deploying and implementing HR policy in the businesses

    11. Executive Committee: Participate in Executive Committee meetings and ensure resolution of all outstanding issues

    12. Recruitment: To Ensure the recruitment activities as per the company recruitment policy

    13. Initiatives: To develop, overseas and help implement programs and projects that support company values, vision and short/long term plans
